Pets
Having both grown up with pets from an early age, animals have always been a part of our lives. My parents kept many animals and I have lots of fond memories of feeding chickens, peacocks, ducks, geese and goats. Aidan’s family have chosen to home dogs from rescue centres, offering them the chance of a new life and a loving home.
We are experienced house sitters, having looked after more than ten homes and many breeds of dogs from Borzoi’s to Beagles. Many of the pets we have looked after require additional care and we are comfortable managing medical conditions from daily medication, to hygiene and medical tasks like ear cleaning.
Although we’ve mostly looked after dogs we have also cared for cats, a Water Dragon, Rabbit, Guinea Pigs, Chickens, Horses, Tortoises and Canaries.
Gardening and Pool Maintenance
I know my Agapanthus from my Tulips, and have experience of caring for extensive gardens.
Aidan is the pool expert and has looked after salt water and fresh water pools and is comfortable managing a variety of pool filter systems.
